Returns (Refund) Policy
OLIVE YOUNG Global is committed to ensuring the highest quality products and does not sell used or damaged items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return (refund) within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible to initiate the return (refund) process.

If your return request is approved for the above reasons, OLIVE YOUNG will cover the shipping costs and any additional fees. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take approximately 2 to 15 business days to be completed.

Please note that if a return (refund) request is made fraudulently or excessively, OLIVE YOUNG reserves the right to restrict further return (refund) requests. All return (refund) approvals are subject to OLIVE YOUNG’s discretion.
Return (Refund) Procedure
(1) Please submit a 1:1 inquiry to the OLIVE YOUNG Customer Service Center with the following details:
(Failure to provide the required information may result in the rejection of your return (refund) request.)

- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
※ If you received the wrong item, please also attach a photo of the shipping label attached to the package

(2) Once your inquiry is submitted, our team will review the details and proceed with the return (refund) process accordingly.
Non-Eligibility for Returns (Refunds)
Returns (refunds) are only available for defective products. Please note that returns (refunds) will not be accepted in the following cases:

- If the item was not purchased from OLIVE YOUNG Global
- If the package was returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.)
- If the customer changes their mind about the purchase
- If the wrong item was ordered (customer’s mistake)
- If the return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date
- If the product was intentionally damaged
- If the product has been used
- If the return is requested to change the color or product option

Additionally, OLIVE YOUNG Global does not offer exchange services at this time. Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device settings and individual skin tones, so please consider this before making a purchase.
